Who I Am
I bring over 8 years of experience in crisis and hospital care, with a background in both therapeutic and emergency response. I am dedicated to fostering healing with compassion, safety, and a grounded, steady presence.
My Trauma-Informed Approach
My practice is built on modalities proven to facilitate healing from the inside out. I use a trauma-informed, person-centered lens to help you build awareness, emotional safety, and self-trust.
Key Modalities I Utilize:
Internal Family Systems (IFS): We’ll explore the different “parts” of you—the protectors, avoiders, and holders of difficult thoughts and feelings—to connect with them with compassion and curiosity.
Somatic Therapy: Focused on the body, these skills help you build emotional safety and a grounded connection to yourself.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): I am currently training in this method to deepen the support I offer clients navigating trauma and distress.
Our Work Together
It takes immense courage to consider therapy; I honor that deeply. Together, we won’t just manage symptoms—we will create a plan to help you reconnect with your strength, your Self, and your peace.
I offer individual therapy for adolescents and adults. I also provide play therapy for children ages five to twelve.
